Our platform is built in three logical progressive stages. Core Warriors (Tier 1) gives you unlimited access to our foundational on-demand library including Pilates Mat and basic yoga/TRX flows. Inner Circle Warriors (Tier 2) introduces specialized anatomical training, including complete Yamuna Body Rolling patterns, Theraband drills, and functional joint mobility sequences. Enlighten Warriors (Tier 3) unlocks our structured multi-week, masterclass-level programs like the 6-Week Foot Fix, Strong Knees, and Healthy Spine modules.

No, our entire On-Demand Studio (including all three learning tiers) is offered completely free of charge. You will never be asked to enter credit card details, bank information, or payment tokens to register for, log into, or stream classes from our digital library.

You are in full control of your status. You can easily deactivate your free account at any time directly through your portal's "Account Settings" tab. Alternatively, you can send an account deletion request to [email protected], and we will safely delete your profile credentials from our secure system.

Video playback performance is heavily reliant on your internet bandwidth and browser cache. For optimal performance:

• Clear your browser's history, cookies, and cache, then restart your browser.
• Lower the playback resolution quality by clicking the gear icon on the video player overlay.
• Ensure you aren't running an aggressive VPN, which can heavily throttle secure video streams.

While basic Pilates and Budokon sequences require nothing more than a quality exercise mat, specialized sequences do require tools. Our **Yamuna Body Rolling** classes require official Yamuna Balls (silver, gold, pearl, or black). Our **Theraband** classes require physical resistance loop-bands. Under Tier 3, we offer the *Foot Fix Propless* which requires zero equipment, alongside *Sole Solutions* which utilizes Yamuna foot wakers and savers. Equipment can be purchased directly from our host studio, *The Pilates Body*.
